Your ride to the Airport!

Spend less when you travel to and from RDU Airport

Take the bus to Raleigh-Durham Airport (RDU) directly from the Regional Transit Center (RTC), or hop on Route 100 to stop at Terminals 1 and 2. 

Transfer to the RDU Shuttle at the RTC Monday - Saturday from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Transfer to Route 100 at the RTC Monday - Saturday after 6 p.m. and all day Sunday.

Regional Transit Center Overnight Parking FAQ

GoTriangle allows overnight parking at the Regional Transit Center (RTC), located at 901 Slater Rd, Durham, NC 27703. These parking spaces – first come, first served – are a convenient option for those traveling to and from Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).

How long can I park at the RTC?

Vehicles can remain parked at the Regional Transit Center (RTC) for up to seven nights. Any vehicles parked for longer than seven nights will be towed at the owner’s expense.

How do I request a pass?

To request the opportunity to park overnight at the Regional Transit Center (RTC), please complete a request form, which can be found here: https://gotriangle.org/form/airport-overnight-parking . Please note that you must have an active Umo account in order to obtain a pass. Passes, which also must include arrival and departure dates, must be printed and left on the vehicle dash, easily visible to security.

How many parking spots are available?

GoTriangle allows up to 17 overnight parking spots at the Regional Transit Center (RTC). Spots are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I get to RDU from the RTC?

Yes! With the GoTriangle RTP Shuttle, you can take the bus to Raleigh-Durham Airport (RDU) directly from the Regional Transit Center (RTC) or hop on Route 100 to stop at Terminals 1 and 2.

When can I use RDU Airport Transit?

The RDU Shuttle departs the Regional Transit Center (RTC) for the airport every 30 minutes between 6am and 6pm 
The RDU Shuttle is timed to meet Routes 100, 310, 700, 800 and 805 for easy transfers. 
Route 100 departs every hour after 6pm from GoRaleigh Station in Downtown Raleigh directly to the airport.
