Spend less when you travel to and from RDU Airport

Passengers who would like to travel by bus to Raleigh-Durham Airport (RDU) may do so with direct connection from the Regional Transit Center (RTC) in Durham or from the Route 100 to bus stops immediately in front of Raleigh-Durham’s International Airport’s Terminal A and Terminal B. Read below for service hours and transfer information

  • GoTriangle RDU Shuttle: Shuttle service from the Regional Transit Center (RTC) in Durham to Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Offers service from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
  • GoTriangle Route 100: Direct bus service from downtown Raleigh to RDU Airport. Operates direct service to the airport Monday through Saturday after 6:30 p.m. All-day service on Sunday. Frequency: Every 30 minutes.
  • GoTriangle Route 700: Bus service from downtown Durham to the Regional Transit Center (RTC). Frequency: Every 30 minutes
  • GoTriangle Route 800: Bus service from Chapel Hill to the Regional Transit Center (RTC). Frequency: Every 30 minutes.
  • GoTriangle Route 805: Bus service from Chapel Hill to the Regional Transit Center (RTC). Frequency: Every 30 minutes.

All routes will need to transfer to the RDU Shuttle when they arrive at the RTC between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. On Sunday, riders need to transfer to Route 100 at the RTC.


GoTriangle is currently operating fare-free, but on July 1, 2024, we will start charging fares again. The cost for a single trip is $2.50, and an all-day pass is $5. Riders can use the UMO app or cash to pay for fares on the bus. Riders using cash will need to have exact change. Starting July 1, 2024, GoTriangle also will provide GoPass programs that can assist riders with their fare cost. More information can be found on our website. Fares & Passes
